This system uses a 3D stereo screen to visualize the reconstructed 3D brain mesh from DT and fMRI data. The brain is represented with a semi-transparent texture, and color encodes the MRI intensity. To ease the transition between 2D and 3D, the system allows to display any 2D slice at the right position in the brain, that way doctors can import their years of knowledge into the new system. This 2D slice selection is made thanks to a raycast emitted from the wand.
