This application supports doctor in the diagnosis of tumors through the visualization of multi-field MRI or CT datasets. The system is setup initially on a 2D interface to classify the different features making them distinguishable by name, opacity, and color. Then, the resulting visualization is observed on the stereo wall.
The color and opacity of feature can be changed directly on the immersive visualization using a wand. Indeed, the user can grab a “knob widget” to change the opacity or use a standard color picker tool to change the color.
